5 Best Places to Take Engagement Photos in Utah County | Courtney Blair Photo

We are so lucky to live in Utah. Utah County has some of the prettiest spots to take engagement photos. I’ve rounded up 5 of my favorite places to take photos in Utah County. Contact Me to learn more.

1. Sundance Ski Resort

Sundance is my favorite place to take photos in Utah County. It’s great year-round, but especially magical in the summer, fall, and winter. You get great views of Timpanogos and there’s evergreen and aspen trees. It’s a short drive from Orem and Provo too!

2. Tibble Fork Reservoir

Tibble Fork is beautiful year-round, however, it can get crowded on the weekends. There’s pretty fields, lake views, and view of Timpanogos. See their full gallery here.

3. Alpine Loop

Ahhhh, the Alpine Loop is magical. It can only be accessed in the late spring through late-October. Although there’s many places to take photos, I have a few places that are my favorites within the loop. Reach out if you want to find out more.

4. Provo Canyon

Provo Canyon has a lot of options too! There are sweeping mountain views, the Provo River, Bridal Veil Falls, and so many other hidden spots to take photos at. The photo above was taken in late May.

5. Utah Lake

If you’re wanting something with the look of the Great Salt Lake, but you don’t want to drive all the way there from Utah County, Utah Lake is a great option. There’s lots of pretty marshland and mountain reflections in the lake that this would be a beautiful spot for photos.
