Antelope Island State Park Formals | Salt Lake City Photographer

Nicole and Jaydon’s Antelope Island State Park Formals session was SO COLD and SO WINDY, but they didn’t complain once. They decided to do a first look in their wedding attire, which I always love capturing to see their reactions. Nicole and Jaydon were all smiles the whole session. I loved how they brought their personalities into their outfits. Jaydon is a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan and had the Steelers logo put into his coat and he wore his favorite pair of cowboy boots.

One awesome thing about taking photos at Antelope Island State Park is the variety. We got the coolest lighting at their session. One second it was cloudy and then the next the sun was out. Antelope Island is one of my favorite locations for formals session especially for the unreal sunsets there. There’s a lot of backdrops there and it’s normally a little warmer than Salt Lake City. I do not recommend going there between the months of April – May as the bugs are insane and will create a miserable experience. To enter Antelope Island, you do have to pay $15 for the entrance fee or $2 if you have the Utah state parks pass. Contact me to schedule your Antelope Island State Park Formals session 🙂
